We recognise that speed and execution are critical when business is distressed. It is our aim to clear the process and exit your business within 6 weeks of initial discussions. We are open to more extended packages of work, but our experience suggests that to make the change you need, 6 weeks is enough.
There is no cost until such a time that the scope of work has been agreed. So no costs until Step 5 of 6 begins.
Costs thereafter are based on daily rates of our consultants, and a further costs will be attributed to the success of the project. All packages of work are considered as unique, and pay structures can be negotiated.
However, everyone wants an idea of what these tunraround packages may look like. For a 6 week turnaround package;
